1. Reservation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 3 days before the event.

2. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.

3. Date Changes
Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 5 days in advance.

4. Start Time and Duration
Service starts at the agreed-upon time. Additional hours will be charged according to the current rates.

5. Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for the proper use and care of the equipment during the event. Any damages will incur additional charges.

6. Venue Access and Setup
Adequate access must be provided for setup at least 1 hour before the event.

7. Weather Policy
In case of adverse weather conditions preventing service, the event will be rescheduled at no extra cost, or the deposit will be refunded if rescheduling is not possible.

8.Delivery Included for Miami Broward
Service includes free delivery within Miami and Broward areas.

9. Additional Hour Policy
The first additional hour will be charged at the standard rate. The second additional hour will have a 50% discount on the standard rate. Except for the bartender service, where a set rate applies.

10. Bartender Service and Alcohol Policy
The client must provide the alcohol for the bartender service.
If the client does not provide the alcohol, an additional handling and delivery fee will be charged.
The liquor is the sole responsibility of the client, including permits and responsible consumption.

11.Accepted Payment Methods
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments such as Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal.

12. privacy and social media
The client authorizes Miami Home Karaoke to capture and use photographs and/or videos taken during the event for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, digital media, and company materials
